Essential Education Administration

The Essential Education Administration is charged with overseeing Essential Education curriculum development, assessment, and continuous improvement. The Administration reports to Michigan Tech's Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs.

In support of their charge, Administration activities include developing and implementing a process and timeline for Essential Education course review and approval, providing input and oversight regarding assessment and continuous improvement of the Essential Education curriculum, giving feedback to Essential Education instructors and units regarding curricular needs and possible modifications, and assisting in planning an annual Essential Education Symposium.
